Tom, this video is being killed by the strobe light flashing to the right of you. Also the audio needs enhancement. I think there is software that can both edit out the lights, zoom in on the podium and you, and enhance the audio, but I don’t know their names. Perhaps someone whose into web video or video can supply such a service to you should you wish to edit this piece. Otherwise it was great!
